I'm a designer and photography lover from New York City. My expertise is in UX design, and I come from a graphic design background, having studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology. As a designer in the tech industry, I work to constantly improve and iterate, stay on top of trends and competition, and make usability as seamless as possible. Design is constantly evolving and it’s something I’ve always been passionate about.
I currently am Senior Product Designer at 1stdibs, a luxury online marketplace. In my last few years at 1stdibs, I’ve worked on a variety of teams, including the buyer facing web team, iOS team (buyer and dealer facing), and most recently the Trade team, which means designing for 1stdibs’ very valued interior design clients. I’ve focused on projects anywhere from designing style guides, to entire homepage redesigns, to designing new features such as “view in a room” on iOS. I’m involved in the entire product engineering life cycle, including researching, brainstorming /collaborating with teammates (designers, product managers, developers, etc), sketching, wireframing, prototyping, producing high fidelity, detailed designs and assets, and user acceptance testing. I solve complex user problems constantly, help break down project goals with my teammates, strive for perfection, and always ensure usability and consistency with beautiful design.
